About Mary Lou
I have done companion care for several senior citizens. One lady had a stroke and needed help with meals and someone to stay with her on weekends. Two individuals had surgery and needed overnight care, transportation to doctor appointments. I currently spend time with a senior couple preparing meals and playing games to keep their minds active. I enjoy playing games, jigsaw puzzles, reading and being outside. I have the gift of patience and empathy which is a blessing to those I care for.
