Other childcare experience: 2016-July 2020 - managed an in home daycare with 16 infants/toddlers and 4 other staff, July 2020-September 2021 - full time nanny for a little boy until he started preschool full time, September 2021-present - nanny for a little girl starting preschool this September. She has a severe peanut allergy so I'm experienced in caring for and dealing with a life threatening allergy. I have multiple certifications in infant/toddler care. Melissa has worked with our family for over 5 years (since our son was just one year old), and we consider her to be part of the family. She was our son's nanny for well over a year after she spent years with him at daycare and babysitting. In every capacity she has been fantastic! She a responsible, attentive, and playful caregiver and a joy to be around. We couldn't recommend a better person for your childcare.
