About Destiny

Hi! My name is Destiny. I am a senior nursing student who will be receiving my BSN by May of 2023. I am CPR/ALS certified through the American Heart Association as of 2021. I am also first aid trained. This past summer, I was a full time nanny for a 4-year-old boy as well as a part time nanny for a 4-year-old boy with autism and his 6-year-old brother. I have taken care of children from ages 7 months to 8years while their parents were either working, attending meetings, or on vacations. I have also spent some time volunteering as an assistant at a preschool. In addition to babysitting, I can help with light housekeeping. I love working with children; completing my pediatric coursework and clinical rotation has truly solidified my passion to work with kids as well as strengthened my skills. I am punctual, efficient, and detail-oriented. I work very well with children and I have an individualistic approach when it comes to each child I babysit.
