About Melissa

Hello! My name is Melissa, and I have a genuine passion for nurturing and guiding children as they learn and grow. With years of experience as a preschool teacher, babysitter, and an elementary educator, I bring a strong mix of professional training and hands-on expertise to every family I work with. I hold a background in early childhood education and have worked closely with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged learners. I am currently completing my bachelors in special education and general education. My time in the classroom has given me the skills to create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development--while always prioritizing safety and well-being. Parents describe me as patient, dependable, and caring, with a natural ability to connect with children and make them feel comfortable and supported.
