I was an on site observer of Melissa for 8 years. She was confident and loving with an infant and later with a second infant child. Very engaged as the children grew. She never seemed stressed staying calm yet in control. Teaching games and participating too. I believe the children had respect for Melissa and knew they could trust her. These children are good kids and I'm sure Melissa had a lot to do with their good behavior.
