Kristin joined our family when our daughter was just 12 weeks old - a time that can feel overwhelming for any new parent. From the very beginning, she was far more than a caregiver. Over the years, she has truly become a member of our family, and it is difficult to imagine our daily lives without her. With a background in early childhood education and experience as a preschool teacher, Kristin brings a depth of knowledge and professionalism that is rare. She has always approached her role with intention, understanding the importance of each developmental stage and tailoring her care to support our children as they grow. She takes direction thoughtfully and consistently goes above and beyond - always keeping notes throughout the day so we can stay connected to what our children are learning, doing, and experiencing. Kristin has been instrumental in establishing routines and consistency, which have allowed our children to thrive. For two working parents, she has been our rock - especially during the uncertainty and challenges of COVID.
