About Melissa

Hello! I'm Melissa, and I have over 10 years of experience working with seniors. I find great joy and satisfaction in bringing aid, comfort, and peace of mind to the lives of our distinguished seniors. I have completed specified coursework in senior health care; dementia care specifically, and was once a Certified Dementia Practitioner. My prior positions have all been working in private homes, or alongside my clients as a companion when assisted living or hospice was needed. I have worked with numerous families throughout hospice, and stayed on to help close the estates afterwards. I facilitate activities that enrich the client's lives from every aspect, including fun outings when possible. I have a background in musical theatre which has come in handy many times, since the seniors tend to like the classics.
