Doug was absolutely outstanding in every way. He provided 24-hour care for me following my surgery, and I truly could not have asked for a better caregiver. From the very beginning, Doug was dependable, attentive, and incredibly caring. He was always early for every appointment and made sure I was where I needed to be on time. He stayed completely on top of my medications, making sure I took everything when I was supposed to and never letting anything slip through the cracks. What impressed me most was how attentive Doug was to my needs. He was always one step ahead, making sure I was comfortable, safe, and taken care of. I felt like I could completely trust him during a time when I was vulnerable and recovering. Doug went far beyond simply doing his job. He was compassionate, professional, reliable, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. His care made my recovery much easier and gave me tremendous peace of mind.
