Melissa was very patient with our children. She took care of them over a long weekend. She had to deal with some tough situations and she handled them all well. She even wrote up a care sheet for each of our children. She was very dedicated to her job. The kids enjoyed her as well. They had fun with her and she had reasonable boundaries. She is a very reliable nanny.
