Hiring someone to carry out all the night duties while you get some much needed rest is imperative to your physical and mental health. I have decades of experience with newborns. Supporting moms is a passion of mine. I support community and uplifting the entire household while focusing care on your baby. I am an excellent communicator. I understand all the baby basics like safe sleeping practices, a variety of feeding and bottle styles. I am really great at soothing even the fussiest babies. Colic to reflux, I'm here to make your baby as comfortable as possible. If you're breastfeeding I bring you baby or take away the pumped milk as you do whatever's best for you. And imagine, while you're asleep, the bottles are sterilized, the baby changing station is stocked, the baby's laundry is folded etc. You wake up to a happy baby feeling rested. It's the best self care for healing postpartum moms.
