About Melissa

Hello friends! I am honest, reliable, patient and kind but also know how to take control of a situation. I have a substantial amount of experience in caring for children of all ages. I come from a big family and grew up having a lot of cousins, nephews, and nieces so it started early for me. I worked for a local YMCA Child Development Center for over a year right out of high school where I was responsible for the safety and well being of all of the children left in my care while the parents worked out. I have also had the pleasure of organizing a kids summer camp at a local country club I worked for. I have an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy where I learned notably about child development. More recently, I have been a nanny to several wonderful children and have loved being a part of their journey as they've reached different milestones. I am a hands on nanny and love to plan activities that can be educational and fun. I am open to caring for infants as well.
