About Melissa

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. For the past 20 years I have provided compassionate care and support to individuals and their families with the SMI behavioral health field. I have worked with children with special needs within this time as well. Crisis, dual diagnosis, and behavioral needs including teaching and guidance with ADL' and ILS, and medication management have been my specialty with the field. My college degree in Psychology has provided a strong foundation for my work. I offer respite care, hospice services, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I prioritize earning trust and maintaining open communication with families. As a professional who is friendly and detail-oriented, I'm ready to help your loved one thrive.
