Melinda is amazing. She was so warm with both of my kids from the minute she met them, and they opened right up to her as well. She's punctual, flexible, accommodating and kind. She helped me with errands, school pick up, putting my baby to sleep and meal time and clean up. She also worked with my older son on his reading, and I saw an immediate improvement. I would absolutely hire her again!
