I recently spent the past year in Australia caring full-time for my 96-year-old grandmother, who lives with dementia. This experience taught me the importance of patience, kindness, humor, and simply being present, whether sharing stories, offering reassurance, or enjoying a quiet afternoon together. I'm also a musician with a background in floristry, and love bringing creativity and joy into everyday life. Whether it's listening to music, arranging flowers, visiting museums, going for walks, or simply enjoying a coffee and good conversation, I love finding activities that suit someone's interests.
