I have been a CNA for 23 years. I love to help make people's lives better. I enjoy working with the elderly, and love to hear all the stories they enjoy telling. I have experience with Alzheimer patients, dementia patients, cancer patients, and patients with unsteady gait, sun-downers, CHF/COPD, just to name a few. You name it, I have more than likely done it. I had my own in home daycare when my children were little. I have worked for a long-term care facility taking care of the elderly for 11+ years. I have worked for hospice for 3 years. I worked on and off with home health. I have worked at a small rural hospital. I am currently working at a long term care facility 3 days a week. I have 10 grandchildren and they're very actively in our lives and at our house several times a week.
