About Erica

Certified Nursing Assistant with 6+ year's experience providing assistance to elderly, and disabled people with a driven optimistic attitude. I am CPR/AED certified and have worked in facilities, hospitals, and provided home health which has given me such a rewarding experience and given me the opportunity to build relationships with people and their families. I have also had experience as a Care Coordinator which has provided experience with communication and organizational skills, as well as having a management role assisting caregivers, clients and their families- and striving to provide person centered care as well as quality assurance.
