I have over 10 years of experience in hospice and end-of-life care and has worked primarily in the Palo Alto / Stanford area, where I've had the privilege of caring for many retired Stanford faculty, physicians, and professionals. I can not say enough about how excellent Mary is at caregiving. Mary has been a true blessing to our family. She entered a rotation with three other caregivers and quickly suggested improvements that would make communication between the caregivers and the day-to-day information much more manageable. She jumped into a schedule with three other rotating caregivers and quickly became someone I could depend on. This wasn't my first rodeo when it came to an aging family member, but it was my first time dealing with someone with dementia. Mary was such a support. She quickly saw areas we needed to improve and suggested a process to make rotating four caregivers and day-to-day info easy to exchange. Melenaite has been a treasure during a difficult time for my brother.  She has gone above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and he is happy and comfortable.  I couldn't ask for a more dedicated, thoughtful, cheerful, and communicative care giver.  She really cares about her clients and the families, and goes way out of her way to make sure all of the client's needs are being covered.  Absolutely excellent.

Mary is a remarkable woman and took outstanding care of my husband in the last years of his life. Melenaite (Mary) has been helping my mom since Feb, 2023. She is compassionate, observant, a good problem-solver, patient, reliable, and has been a good communicator with my mom and me. She is unflappable, and is able to take a challenging situation and create a plan and take action. For years she has worked closely with her friend, Ofa, whom we also hired and is wonderful, and Mary has been able to coordinate and arrange their schedules to fit our needs.

Melenaite (Mary) is an excellent caregiver.  My 92-year old mother just loved her; she's efficient, punctual, sensitive and very caring.  She has such a great personality and is especially knowledgeable about caring for the elderly.

Melenaite, who also goes by Mary, was an outstanding care giver.  She stepped into a very complicated situation and handled it with great grace.
