Hello! My name is Thalia. I am a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with over 3 years of experience providing one-on-one care for an older adult in a private home. I am compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to helping seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home. My experience includes personal care, bathing and dressing assistance, companionship, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands. I can also assist with light housekeeping related specifically to the client, such as the client's laundry, bedroom and personal areas, and cleaning up after meal preparation.
