About Melany

Hi! I'm Melany, a college student pursuing a degree in Radiologic Technology with 4 years of experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). My greatest strength is my patience and ability to adapt to each child's needs. Through my ABA experience, I've learned how to manage challenging behaviors, encourage positive habits, and use rewards and engaging activities to keep children motivated. As someone with ADHD, I understand how challenging studying can be. I went from struggling academically in high school to earning A's by discovering study techniques and coping strategies that worked for me. I love helping students find what works best for them, build confidence, and discover that learning doesn't have to be boring! My goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where every child feels capable, encouraged, and excited to learn.
