About Melanie

I'd describe my personality as a blend of compassion, patience, and dependability, shaping me into someone who values understanding, reliability, and kindness in all aspects of life. I like working with kids because I find joy in witnessing their curiosity, creativity, and growth. Their energy and enthusiasm inspire me, and being able to positively impact their development and learning fills me with a sense of fulfillment and purpose. I've also worked in elementary schools and have hands on experience working with children as I also have my associates degree in Elementary Teacher Education. I started working with kids when I was in high school as an afterschool tutor for elementary schools. I would also help babysit for family members or friends whenever they would need me. These past two years I've also worked as an afterschool instructor teaching kids from TK-2nd grade. In my spare time, I like to take part in painting and drawing specifically landscape paintings :).
