About Melanie

I'd describe my personality as friendly, enthusiastic, and ambitious. I like working with kids because they provide a new light and perspective to life. I enjoy being able to help them learn and grow and I believe we have a-lot ti learn from them as well! I started working with kids when I was a freshman in highschool. In my spare time, I like to socialize with friends, play tennis/be active, and work on my personal business. One thing you should know about me is I am very communicative and eager to make not only your kids but you feel comfortable during your time out. I'm always willing to go the extra step to make sure of that and ready to adjust for your family's needs. My skills include, decision making skills, and active listening/communication.
