About Melanie

I grew up the oldest of four and have been a reliable caregiver for much of my life. I love entertaining and spending time with kids. I have three years of experience babysitting in NYC and am happy to offer reliable and engaging childcare for children aged 4 and up. I'm known for being creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing board games, solving puzzles, reading stories, and engaging in creative projects. I am happy to follow your lead when it comes to household rules and prefer to communicate with you using your preferred method. I'm also comfortable with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and travel. My schedule is flexible over the next few months and I am happy to help support families in helping their children thrive, or just giving parents some needed time away to focus on themselves or whatever they need.
