Hello Wonderful Families and Friends, My name is Melanie, and I'm so excited to connect with you! I'm a proud recent graduate of BMCC and a 21-year-old Hispanic woman with a big heart and a genuine passion for caring for children. Child care has always been a part of my life. My amazing mother once ran her own daycare before becoming an entrepreneur, and I've had the joy of learning from her example. With hands-on experience and a lot of love, I've developed the patience and care it takes to support children in a nurturing and positive way. I consider myself friendly, social, and well-organized. I'm always open to learning and growing, especially when it comes to providing the best care possible. I'm also open to discussing a flexible schedule plan.
