About Melanie

To Whom It May Concern: I am the ministry head of Young Children s Ministries at Bible Church International in Randolph, NJ and have known Melanie as a member of the church and as a volunteer worker in my department. To add some perspective to my comments my volunteer team has consisted of 88 persons serving over the past five years and Melanie has worked for me almost every month during that time. I have found Melanie to be a dedicated and productive person who is highly reliable on a week-to-week basis. She is dedicated, hard working, does what she says, and always delivers far more than her responsibilities require. Melanie is self-starter, that requires little to no supervision effort and can be counted on to consistently exercise good judgment. She is works well with all ages of volunteers and is wonderful with children. This recommendation of Melanie may sound too glowing but she really does stand out from all of the people her age and is among the best of the mature adults that serve in this department. I can whole-heartedly recommend Melanie, it is my pleasure to give her my highest recommendation, and I expect a very bright future for her.
