About Tamara

I feel most rewarded when I guide a child's passions and curiosities. It is enthralling developing their identity and their independence along side them. My favorite activity is to create projects that suit that child's specific interests and promote learning. It allows me to use my creativity, my greatest asset. I am also an extroverted theatre type, which children find engaging. I am a Montessori Early Childhood Ed teacher and hold a child psych degree. Ive taught 2 years professionally with toddlers and 5 years in preschool classrooms 3-6. I also have extensive experience in caring for infants, the majority of the last 5 years. Aiding in development is so rewarding! I am an educated, progressive in disciplinarian. I never shame and treat children as whole humans. However, I prefer private childcare. It creates much freedom. I create more intimate bonds through zeroed in focus, and typically am in their lives longer. *Its impossible to fit everything, please contact me!
