Melanie started watching our son when he was just 4 months old. She's always on time and we've never had any issues with her attendance. Our favorite thing about her is that she's a mother! She knows how to provide the loving care that an infant would need. Melanie is also very respectful of the parents' wishes. When it came time to sleep train our son, she was on it and followed the direction that we wanted. Melanie does a fantastic job with keeping our son clean, stimulated and loved. Unfortunately, our situation has changed, and we no longer need her help. She's absolutely amazing and we'd hire her in a heartbeat if we need a nanny again.
