About Meghan

15 years experience of teaching grades between Preschool and 6th grade. Certified in both General Ed and Special Ed. I'd describe my personality as funny, enthusiastic, and trustworthy I like tutoring because I believe students do benefit from 1:1 as well as small group instruction to be comfortable in finding their voices as learners. I'm looking for a job where I can help the student and family in meeting their needs, helps students feel comfortable and successful. I started tutoring when I first began teaching. I realized how beneficial it can be to provide help outside of a classroom to build skills and self confidence for all students to bring back to the classroom. In my spare time, I like to go watch my daughters play sports- hockey, soccer, and softball. One thing you should know about me is I am also a parent of two girls. I know how a parent wishes to support their students. My skills include creativity in lessons, adaptability to learning styles and fun!
