About Meghan

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, humorous and conscientious. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow, learn and become independent little beings. I'm looking for a job that will round out my schedule while I'm going back to school. I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old; I have had on and off babysitting experience since then, and have nannied full time for the last four years. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, see live music, and take trips to the coast whenever possible. One thing you should know about me is I love to spend as much time outside or doing crafts/activities as possible. My skills include fostering independence whenever safe/possible, engaging children in age-appropriate activities, and staying patient while working through issues.
