About Meghan

With nearly two decades of experience, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, from preschool-aged children to adults. My background includes extensive work as a paraprofessional, where I've had the privilege of assisting both general education students and those with special needs. What I find most rewarding is building a close, one-on-one connection with the individuals I care for. For example, I once had the opportunity to work closely with a person who used a wheelchair. This experience highlighted the immense fulfillment that comes from providing undivided attention and personalized care, something that is often challenging in a group setting. After 20 years of service, I've decided to shift my focus to a role where I can offer my commitment and expertise directly to a family. I am eager to bring my skills and passion to a household where I can build a long-term relationship and provide dedicated, compassionate care
