About Andreya

Andreya is a passionate and nurturing caregiver with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Youth Development from Rhode Island College. With over a decade of experience, she has dedicated her career to fostering growth and development in children and adults alike. Andreya has worked as a nanny for three children with Autism and ADHD, providing personalized care and support for their unique needs. She has also spent eight years working with youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia, offering companionship, social interaction, and assistance with daily activities. In addition, Andreya has worked as a teacher assistant in a daycare, where her creativity, patience, and dedication to caregiving shone through. She is committed to building strong relationships with those she cares for, creating a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere that empowers individuals to reach their full potential.
