I've seen firsthand, through my experience as a Registered Nurse in hospital settings and now in Case Management, the importance of coordinated and compassionate care. For over six years as a Case Manager, I've helped manage and educate seniors, preventing health escalations. I offer respite care, errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
