About Megan

I began working with animals in 2019 as a behavioral care technician at a local animal shelter. This has helped me fine-tune my work to approach each animal on a case by case basis as each animal has specific needs and wants based on their personalities . I have experience in behavioral care, medication administration, exercise and have a certification in positive reinforcement with a clicker training course. I lead with empathy and genuine love for all animals. My previous pet sitting experience has spanned over the past six years. Most of my previous experience has been with dogs and cats, but I am open to care for all types of animals as I am life long learner and lover of all things animal related! I have a pretty diverse background as I have been in cancer research for 8+ years and currently am working as a senior caregiver part-time.
