About India

I have a background in education and behavioral analysis, with a master's degree! I have been caring for children for 10 years, with expertise in caring for children who are neurodivergent or disabled. I have a passion for this work, with a kind, firm, but fair approach. I strive to make any child in my care feel heard, valued, and in a safe place to make good choices. I have experience as a teacher, behaviorist, and nanny. Families that I have cared for would describe me as dedicated, punctual, supportive and loving member of the family. I would love to join your village, we all need one!
