About Megan

Hi! My name is Megan, and I have over 14 years of childcare experience, including babysitting, professional nannying, and working with children with autism and developmental needs as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I also grew up with a mom who ran an in-home daycare, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life! I love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. I have experience planning activities, preparing meals, supporting daily routines, and adapting to each child's individual needs. I'm dependable, patient, and passionate about building lasting relationships with both children and their families.
