About Hailey

Caring for children is more than a job for me; it's a passion fueled by years of positive experiences. As the oldest of five, nurturing and guiding children comes naturally. My background includes seven years of babysitting and nannying children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. Diabetics and special needs. I am patient, friendly, and energetic. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor activities, board games, and educational games. I follow the parents' lead regarding household rules and communication preferences. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I have some college experience, including early childhood development coursework, and am certified in CPR. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for your children.
