About Megan
My favorite classes in school were always English/Language Arts/AP Literature classes, and I spent most of my childhood with my nose stuck in a book. I've had a lifelong passion for reading and writing, and earned a bachelor's degree in English from Purdue University in 2019. As an adult, I'm reading more than ever before, and read 74 books in 2025. I love English literature, language, and grammar. I also was a Copy Editor and then Copy Chief on staff at the Purdue Exponent newspaper, where I meticulously edited and proofread articles for errors in spelling, grammar, usage, punctuation, and mechanics. I always remain eager to learn new things and share knowledge with others. My personal experience with taking (and scoring highly on) the AP Test for AP Literature as well as the SAT and ACT while in high school make me a good resource for high school students preparing for similar testing situations.
