About Megan

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion. My journey into childcare began with positive experiences in summer camps and a previous babysitting role, where I discovered the joy of supporting families and providing reliable care. As a teacher, I genuinely enjoy working with children of all ages, and am looking to fulfill my summer/evenings by continuing this role while school is not in session. I hold licenses as an Intervention Specialist (PK-12) and an Elementary and Middle School Educator (PK-8) and have earned my Masters in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis . My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy outdoor activities, board games, educational activities, and going for walks. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules and always follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
