Sharron has been caring for our now 2 year son for about 10 months now. She has established a solid relationship with us (mom & dad) and most importantly, our son. Our relationship is surrounded by 3 tenets, respect, communication, and open feedback (on both sides). Because of this, Sharron has became like a part of our family, working closely with our son in our home where she works with our child on imaginative play, creativity (painting, planting, drawing, etc.), reading (we love our books!), general play time, and milestone development. Sharron has been able to help us establish a routine and identify patterns with our son, which we've worked to continue even when she's not around for continuity. We highly recommend Sharron, as her experience has been invaluable to us, especially being parents with a child with no family in the Ohio area.
