About Megan

I have had over 17 yrs of experience with children of all ages. I currently provide teletherapy to school aged children/adolescents, but nanny for families during summer months. Last summer, I divided my time nannying for 2 different families: 2 boys (7yo & 12yo); and 1 girl (1yo). I continue to work with the family with the 1 yo girl (almost 2 now), as a backup nanny. I also have had a variety of babysitting jobs, with ages ranging from 1yo to 12yo, since moving to Alabama in Dec of 2021. Before moving to AL, I nannied (almost) full time for a family in CO (4 yo, 1 yo and newborn); and had some part time jobs with 3 other families (newborn 5yo), while living in CO. I was a school school worker in IL for 9 yrs, mostly working in with elementary aged children, but have experience with middle school aged as well. I have experience and the necessary skills to work with children will special needs. I greatly enjoy working with kids of all ages and watching them learn and grow.

We loved Megan! She was flexible with our crazy wedding weekend schedule, was calm and comforting with my slightly anxious toddler, and was patient and engaged with my 8yo. She is clearly very experienced and immediately gave us peace of mind while we were away from our home and usual routines. Highly recommend!
