About Megan

I have extensive childcare experience, beginning with babysitting throughout middle school, high school, and summers during my undergraduate years for both family and referrals. I cared for children ranging in age from 1 to 10 years old. From 2020 to 2021, I worked as a daycare teacher for infants and toddlers aged 12 weeks to 3 years. In that role, I managed up to eight children at a time, provided meals, changed diapers, led songs and play activities, supervised naps, and prioritized outdoor play whenever possible. In addition, I have experience working with teenagers in wilderness settings, guiding them on multi-week expeditions. This role involved mentorship, leadership, and ensuring both physical and emotional safety in dynamic, outdoor environments.
