About Mckenna

McKenna has been a meaningful part of our family’s world over the past several years, helping in different capacities whenever we’ve needed someone we could count on. Most recently she spent the summer as our full-time nanny, and it reminded us once again how grateful we are to have her in our lives. She didn’t just care for our kids; she gave them a summer they still talk about. Our kids look forward to McKenna coming over. The moment she walks in, they’re excited and ready to start the day with her. She connects with both of them so naturally, whether it’s our now 10-year-old eager to share what he’s been up to or our 7-year-old with unique needs who feels completely comfortable and included with her. This summer was a great example of the care and creativity she brings. McKenna filled their days with outings and adventures, ferry rides, museum visits, sports, creative projects, reading challenges, smoothies, water balloon battles, movie afternoons, arcade trips, and more. The adventure board the kids made at the end of the summer says it all, packed with drawings and memories of everything they did together. What we appreciate most is how thoughtfully she includes both kids in everything she plans. She finds that perfect balance between fun and learning, mixing reading time, hands-on activities, outdoor play, and light school-related tasks into days that always felt relaxed and enjoyable. Beyond all of the fun, McKenna is truly reliable. She communicates clearly, shows up on time, and handles anything that comes her way with calm professionalism. We trust her completely, and she brings a sense of ease to our home whenever she’s here. McKenna has made a real impact on our family, and we feel lucky to have her in our lives. Any family who has the chance to work with her will quickly understand why we recommend her so highly.
