I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. With over two decades of experience caring for children of all ages, I have the skills and knowledge to ensure your child's safety and well-being. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love to find new and exciting ways to engage children. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I'm committed to keeping parents informed about their child's day. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether that's text, email, or phone calls. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and expectations, and I believe that consistency is important for children. I work with parents to create a set of rules that are appropriate for their child's age and development, and I enforce them fairly and consistently.
