About Mckenna

Hi! I'm Enna (: Nurturing children's curiosity and growth is my passion. For over three years on and off since I was a teenager I have provided reliable childcare, finding joy in the unique discoveries each day brings. I support families by being patient, creative, and compassionate. Communication is key, and I can provide daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup, adapting to your preferred method of staying up to date. I am comfortable gently but firmly reinforcing household rules and I try to work with families whose ideals overlap with mine, philosophically speaking. I believe in a Waldorf-style approach to childcare/discipline. I love exploring nature-based activities, tailoring games to each child's interests. I am comfortable caring for one child, and have First Aid Training, beginning training as a Doula, and a keen interest in Early Child Development. I am also happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping.
