Making a positive difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. My three years of experience have reinforced my passion for supporting their well-being and independence. As a Licensed Practising Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide respite care, dementia care, and medical management. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, always prioritizing a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates during visits. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid.
