About Mazie

Children are my passion. I hope to work with them in the future through counseling. I also hope to be a mother myself. I have been a long term nanny for many families throughout roughly 6+ years. I also worked at Allendale Childcare Center. I was the main charge for 4 children, and helped supervise the entire class of over 16+. I worked in all of the rooms including the infant room, toddler room, 3's room, young 5's, and the school age room. I planned craft activities and sensory play time for my class. We followed a daily schedule which included snack time, independent play, structured craft, lunch time, nap time, and circle learning time. I have been certified as a junior life guard through the Red Cross. I have also completed the Red Cross' babysitting course which includes training on infant Heimlich and CPR.
