About Maya

I'd describe my personality as reliable, patient, and creative! I like working with kids because it's incredibly rewarding to watch them grow and learn. Children are our future, and I find it meaningful to be a positive role model! I started working with kids two years ago, babysitting for friends and family. While my pre-med schedule is busy, I prioritize my love for art and music in my downtime! One thing you should know is that I view myself as a role model, not just a supervisor. I'm incredibly reliable and punctual, and I love finding ways to help kids reach small milestones--whether that's helping with homework or encouraging them to try a new skill.
