About Michael

Hi! My name is Michael, and I'm a responsible, creative, and energetic caregiver who loves helping kids feel safe, happy, and supported. I currently work as a Youth Leader for Northside ISD, where I supervise and mentor groups of 20+ elementary-aged students every day. I plan fun activities, keep everyone safe, and help build their confidence and social skills - and I absolutely love it. Families describe me as reliable, patient, and upbeat, and I bring a calm but fun energy to every environment. I'm happy to do light household help (tidying, snacks, playroom clean-up), and I enjoy coming up with games, arts and crafts, or outdoor activities to keep kids engaged and smiling. I have reliable transportation, a clean background, and a flexible weekday schedule. I'd love to be a positive role model and supportive extra set of hands for your family. Available for full-time care, family assistant roles, or after-school help.
