About Maya

I bring years of hands-on experience working with children in both structured programs and outdoor camp settings. I'm coming from a role as a Program Coordinator for an elementary after-school and summer program, where I managed behavior support, created engaging activities, handled licensing compliance, and supervised a team of 13 staff. I worked at a summer camp for elementary-aged kids from 2017 to 2022. . That experience helped me develop strong skills in leadership, organization, and quick decision-making, all while keeping kids safe, supported, and having fun in a fast-paced environment. I'm highly organized, calm under pressure, and flexible with scheduling. I'd be excited to connect with a family who values dependable care and open communication!
