Throughout the years, I've worn many hats - nanny, home daycare owner, foster mom to many wonderful children, and proud mother of three. First of all my baby loved Maya. She worked with us for 4 weeks 2-3 days per week (9.5-13.5 hours per day approximately 8 of those hours were downtime). Out of 10 working days she called out via text at 1246am for health reasons and then after confirming her shift 2 days after the holiday (the evening prior) she no call no showed! She did this with the knowledge that I am the sole provider for my household and have no job security. She willfully and knowingly jeopardized my livelihood!!!!!!!
