With a couple years of experience working with elementary students in math, English, and study skills, I focus on building confidence and a genuine love for learning. I believe every student is unique. I incorporate visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions, while encouraging open communication to see what works best. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to their interests, celebrating small successes, and breaking down difficult problems. Communication is key. Conversation with students and parents helps me understand needs, track progress, and adapt my approach. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is witnessing the lightbulb when a concept finally clicks. I also hold certifications in CPR training and First Aid. I'm eager to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for your child.
